POSITION

The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. We are currently looking for an experienced AMS Manager to join our team. We are searching for fluent English speaking talent with experience from similar positions.

As an AMS Manager, you will help develop a clear vision and strategy for our AMS offering, that aligns with The Cloud People´s strategic goals and market needs.

Responsibilities

- Overall design of the services included in the AMS offering package. This also includes regular revisions of the services, continuous improvement and re-design of the services aiming to ensure the highest possible relevance to the market.

- Ensure that the AMS package pricing mixed with a focus on quality and value creation gives The Cloud People a high competitive advantage

- Creation and refinement of marketing and sales collateral. Collects feedback and utilizes it as input to within the continuous service design, composition and pricing activities.

-  Scaling and pricing of the AMS package to the customer based on price calculators and experiences derived from similar AMS deliveries.

- Collaboration with the AMS Service Delivery Managers and GCC leaders and establishment of operational routines, including resource optimization, best practices, audit procedures and delivery metrix and measurements. 

Requirements

- Experience in working with application management services, services design and packaging, service operations

- Experience in working with ServiceNow in the position of any of the roles is a plus: user, super user, implementation partner, platform owner is a plus

- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.

- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategies that support business goals.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between the customer, technical teams and business units.

- Language: Fluent in English
