At The Cloud People, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant to join our global marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape campaigns, webinars, and digital experiences that support our expansion across Europe and the Americas.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and deliver the insights needed to continually improve performance. If you enjoy combining creativity with technical precision, this is the role for you.

What you will do
Plan and Execute Webinars & Events:
Manage webinars from concept to follow-up: speaker coordination, content creation, promotion, and registration.
Ensure smooth technical execution and track metrics to optimize engagement and lead conversion.
Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns:
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, social, paid, and web channels.
Ensure all campaign components—emails, landing pages, ads, workflows—are delivered on time and meet high standards.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate Creative Content:
Produce and maintain marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, ads, social content, presentations, and webinar materials.
Ensure all content is aligned with The Cloud People brand and tone of voice.
Manage Marketing Automation & HubSpot Operations:
Build workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing, forms, CTAs, landing pages, and dashboards in HubSpot.
Maintain data hygiene, optimize tracking, and support CRM alignment with sales.
Identify process improvements to make lead management more efficient.
Measure and Report:
Produce regular reports on marketing activities, webinars, and campaigns.
Translate data into actionable insights that help drive marketing effectiveness.
Who we are looking for
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and campaign execution.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience running webinars (Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar, Livestorm, etc.) is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams in a hybrid environment.
Strong eye for visual design and proficiency with Adobe applications.
