We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to strengthen our team in Finland. In this role, you will focus on new business development and long term customer relationships, selling both ServiceNow technology and our advisory and implementation services.
You will work closely with our technical experts to understand customer challenges and translate them into meaningful ServiceNow solutions. The role requires the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and build trusted relationships with senior decision makers.
As this role focuses on the Finnish market, we are looking for someone who speaks Finnish and understands the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business relationships within the Finnish market
Achieve agreed annual sales targets
Prepare offers and manage bid and tender processes
Lead and coordinate customer meetings
Be a trusted advisor towards our customers and provide the best customer experience
Drive promotional and business development activities
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation and new business sales, preferably within enterprise environments
Strong understanding of business drivers, challenges and how ServiceNow solutions create value
Experience in IT Service Management or related areas
Experience selling complex service or technology solutions
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
Strong presentation and communication skills in Finnish and English both written and verbal
Excellent relationship building skills
Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem is an advantage
