ServiceNow Solution Architect
Join The Cloud People as a ServiceNow Solution Architect: design scalable, OOTB-focused solutions, lead governance, and deliver value for customers.
Make an Impact with Us
As a Solution Architect (SAR) at The Cloud People, you will take a front seat in a 100% customer-facing role within our Consultancy organization, guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. You will play a key role in designing, architecting, and documenting optimal solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, your mission is to understand complex business requirements and translate them into feasible functional designs—maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customization.
About Us
We are a leading, pure-play ServiceNow Elite Partner. Our unique culture has been the key to our success: we genuinely believe that work should be fun in order for people to perform at their very best. With strong growth over the past six years, we are now more than 400 ServiceNow consultants across Europe and Brazil, delivering business value and great experiences by simplifying the way people work.
What You Will Do
Lead Process & Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into functional, scalable ServiceNow solutions within designated areas (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, WSD, IRM, etc.). You will design solutions that follow best practices and maximize the reuse of standard OOTB functionalities.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Lead interactions, conduct clarification meetings, and moderate requirements-gathering workshops to ensure alignment between technical solutions and organizational goals.
Requirement Analysis: Evaluate process and business requirement documentation, proactively detecting gaps and performing risk analysis.
Own the Architecture & Governance: Define and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and functional leadership to ensure that all implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
Document Everything: Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, ranging from high-level designs (HLDs) to detailed low-level designs (LLDs) and agile artifacts (Epics/User Stories in the customer's preferred Agile tool).
Drive Scoping & Estimation: Act as the authority before and during implementations to define optimal scopes, split implementation into phases, and provide accurate work estimations.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation process to ensure the ServiceNow solution optimally supports business objectives. You will initiate corrective actions if a misalignment occurs between the technical build and the business demand.
Knowledge Sharing & Training: Empower clients by executing training for key stakeholders, superusers, and process owners. You will also participate as an active member in TCP internal expert communities.
Contribute to Presales (Occasionally): Provide expert support with platform demos, Statement of Work (SOW) scoping, estimates, and responding to requirement specifications.
