The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. For our office in Norway (Oslo or Stavanger) we are looking for a Trusted Advisor to join our team.

We are looking for candidates that can;

Advise companies on their path to digital transformation with ServiceNow 

Propose and advise customers on the roadmap of their ServiceNow platform 

Is able to help the customer select the best solutions, modules and approach 

Is the customer contact person whenever established business processes need to be changed or automated 

Support the customer in the formulation of requirements and convert them into high level and low level specifications. 

Support the development team in the implementation of requirements and act as a moderator between all parties involved throughout the entire development process.

Typical traits of our ServiceNow Trusted Advisors:

8+ years of experience within ServiceNow 

Experience working as a ServiceNow Architect for large customers (over 10.000 employees and 1000+ SN fulfillers) 

Multiple ServiceNow certifications 

Hands on skills and experience with the ServiceNow platform 

Worked with multiple enterprise / international customers in the advisor role 

Experienced and trustworthy in customer interaction 

Able to steer an implementation across functional teams 

Team player who is willing to take responsibility  

Fluent in Norwegian and English
