In this role you will lead workshops, design scalable solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders and guide customers confidently through their ServiceNow journey. What You will Do
Lead Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus.
Architecture Ownership: Define, own, and maintain architecture standards and best practices across all projects.
Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate and lead engaging workshops and clarification sessions with key business stakeholders.
Documentation & Quality: Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user stories. Ensure quality throughout the design and implementation phases.
Consulting & Growth: Actively contribute to scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities. Train stakeholders and share expertise within our internal expert communities.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
Experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or in a similar role
Expertise in one or more areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM or IRM
Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
Understanding of both functional and technical capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform
Experience in customer facing roles and workshop facilitation
A strong focus on best practices, out-of-the-box configurations, and scalable architecture.
Strong documentation skills
Familiarity with agile delivery methods
CSM experience is considered an advantage.
