To support our growth in the Benelux, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trusted Advisor who can navigate complex enterprise IT operations and unlock the full potential of Autonomous IT.
In this role, you’ll advise our clients and prospects to ensure ServiceNow Autonomous IT becomes a catalyst for digital transformation, aligning technology capabilities with strategic business priorities.

About the Role
As a ServiceNow Trusted Advisor in Service Operations & Autonomous IT, you will be the strategic advisor to our clients and prospects, guiding them through their ServiceNow Autonomous IT journey to unlock maximum value, accelerate adoption, and drive business growth.
Leveraging a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and commercial acumen, you will ensure ServiceNow solutions deliver tangible business outcomes while strengthening long-term client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate closely with C-level executives, business sponsors, and delivery teams to co-create roadmaps, implement scalable solutions, and broaden platform adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM) strategies using the ServiceNow platform.
Act as a strategic advisor to executives and stakeholders, guiding ServiceNow AIT initiatives and maximizing platform adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, deeply understanding their business objectives to drive sustained value.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating ServiceNow capabilities into tangible business outcomes. Offer expert guidance on platform functionality, architecture, and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with sales and account teams to identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, while expanding ServiceNow adoption and ensuring sustained client success.
Drive continuous innovation by monitoring emerging trends in Autonomous IT, AIOps, and enterprise operations and translate them to actionable strategies and solutions for our clients and organization
Co-create, position, and implement industry-specific ServiceNow solutions.
Mentor and coach colleagues, lead expert communities, and contribute to TCP Academy.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with deep specialization in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and advanced expertise in AIT (AI-driven operations and automation capabilities)
Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Configuration Management (CMDB/CSDM) strategies
Proven ability to drive growth by identifying opportunities, expanding ServiceNow adoption, and delivering measurable business value.
Skilled in storytelling and articulating the value of Autonomous IT and modern service operations.
Demonstrated ability to act as a Trusted Advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and IT Operations leadership.
Experience leading large-scale, global ServiceNow transformations combining ITSM, ITOM, and AIT.
Strong mentoring, thought leadership, and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS–ITOM, CIS–ITAM) are a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
