As our CoE (Centre of excllence) Lead – Autonomous IT, you will take the helm of one of the most strategic growth areas at The Cloud People.
Autonomous IT is reshaping how enterprises operate—moving from reactive firefighting to proactive, AI-driven, self-healing operations. We have the platform, the talent, and the momentum. Now we need a leader to package it, scale it, and position us as the go-to partner for ServiceNow-powered Autonomous IT.
You will define our Autonomous IT offerings—AIOps, ITOM, Observability, Automation—and transform them into fixed-price and catalog solutions used across Europe. You will guide our sales teams, build capability inside our CoE, and work directly with customers and ServiceNow to prove that zero-touch operations aren’t the future—they’re happening now.

Why This Role Exists
Autonomous IT is becoming the digital backbone of modern enterprises, driven by ServiceNow’s vision for agentic AI, zero outages, and self-healing operations.
At TCP, our Autonomous IT CoE is responsible for:
- Creating reusable delivery artifacts
- Designing fixed-price and catalog offerings
- Enabling sales teams
- Driving delivery quality and consistency
- Owning the talent strategy for grades 1–8
Your mission is to turn technical capability into commercial impact—and scale it across six countries.
What You Will Do
Lead the Autonomous IT CoE
- Build and grow a high-performing CoE that sets the standard for AIOps, ITOM, Observability, and automation.
- Define priorities, mentor specialists, and establish structured capability paths.
- Ensure the right expertise is deployed through Smart Resourcing.
Build and Scale the Offering Portfolio
- Transform Autonomous IT into fixed-price and catalog offerings that reduce sales friction and accelerate value.
- Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to ensure offerings are deliverable, profitable, repeatable, and outcome-driven.
- Identify opportunities that connect Autonomous IT with AI and CRM.
- Maintain a portfolio heatmap for readiness and adoption.
Drive Commercial Strategy
- Partner with sales to shape deals, articulate value, and build ROI-driven business cases.
- Define packaging, pricing bands, and commercial guardrails.
- Support pipeline development and account strategy.
Create Market Visibility
- Represent TCP at ServiceNow and industry events.
- Host webinars, roundtables, and CIO-level discussions.
- Publish stories and guides that demonstrate the power of Autonomous IT.
Who You Are
- Deep experience in enterprise IT operations, AIOps, ITOM, Observability, or Autonomous IT.
- Understand that a strong CMDB/CSDM is essential for any Autonomous IT journey.
- Credible with both architects and C-level executives.
- Able to translate technical capability into commercial value.
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of professional services models.
- A natural builder with leadership experience and the drive to scale something new.
- Fluent in English; Nordic or Germanic languages are a plus.

- Two Autonomous IT offerings are launched and fully operational—one catalog, one fixed-price.
- Strong growth in pipeline and packaged sales.
